Many sewists are timid when it comes to attempting zippers, and want to learn in person from an instructor who can guide them through the whole process start to finish. In this class, students will make two different pouches in order to gain the confidence to be able to then tackle zippers on their own, or to sign up for more advanced bag-making or garment-making classes. Keeping the project very simple allows students to focus intently on learning the process of installing zippers.
